One person per line: name, phone, and an optional message just for them.
The first row needs name and phone columns. Any other column (like OrderID or Dispatch date) becomes a field you can insert into your message. Download the Excel template

Start from a saved template or write a new message. Insert fields to personalise each one; the preview on the right updates as you type.
Quick add
Import people from Excel or a WhatsApp group in the Send tab. People you send to without saving are not listed here. Clear that history
Import group members as contacts
Import a group's members as contacts to greet individually. Pick "View members" to choose specific people, or import everyone.

Note: contacts with their own custom message (from the Message column of an Excel upload) will use that instead of this shared template.
